About us
The Sopron Evangelical Church in Hungary is a member of the Hungarian Pentecostal Church, and is a member of the Pentecostal charismatic movement with some 625 million members worldwide.
Our congregation was founded in 1996 by a young theologian and a Finnish missionary couple, as they ministered together.
Our community is characterized by its youthful, dynamic worship and the warm hospitable atmosphere.
Our Goal
According to Jesus' teaching, the two major commandments should be fulfilled in our individual, family, and community life.
"Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. Love your neighbor as yourself."
Our Mission
By loving God and our fellow human beings, in harmony with our lives, our faith, and our teachings, boldly present and make available to the greatest number of people God's saving love for eternal life.
